Consent to Immediate Supply of Digital Content

1. Immediate delivery

By ticking the digital delivery consent at checkout, you ask us to start supplying the digital content immediately. This may include issuing a licence key, activation code, download link, account entitlement, or installation instructions before any cancellation period has expired.

2. Effect on cancellation rights

Once supply has begun, your right to cancel because you changed your mind may be limited or lost, depending on the law that applies to your purchase. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, not as described, or cannot be supplied.

3. Statutory rights remain

If digital content is faulty, invalid, not as described, or cannot be supplied, you may still be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, or other remedy required by law.
